- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, then pour it over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.

- For added flavor, you can include vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be frozen for up to 2 months; just reheat before serving.
