Description

A comforting and easy-to-make casserole featuring chicken and potatoes, cooked slowly in a crockpot for maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the diced potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup, then pour it over the chicken and potatoes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
