- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Add the fettuccine pasta to the crockpot and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, add more Alfredo sauce.
- Feel free to add vegetables like broccoli or spinach for added nutrition.
