- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream, flour, and melted butter until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into a greased crockpot.
- Cover the crockpot with a clean kitchen towel and place the lid on top to catch condensation.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the center is set.
- Turn off the crockpot and let the cheesecake cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
