- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 package (12 oz) stuffing mix

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the Crock Pot.
- In another bowl, combine the stuffing mix, chopped celery, and chopped onion.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the stuffing mixture and stir to combine.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken and soup mixture in the Crock Pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and the dressing is heated.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it with the dressing before serving.
