- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small balls.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the zucchini balls in batches until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
