- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and slice the apples into wedges.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a slice of apple on the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the sugar, water, and cinnamon.
- Pour the syrup over the rolled dumplings in a baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
