Ingredients

  • 1 package of tomato mushroom ravioli
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  8. Toss the cooked ravioli in the creamy sauce until well coated.
  9. Serve the ravioli topped with sliced steak and garnish with fresh basil.
