- 1 package of tomato mushroom ravioli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Toss the cooked ravioli in the creamy sauce until well coated.
- Serve the ravioli topped with sliced steak and garnish with fresh basil.

- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the sauce.
