Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and diced jalapeños.
- Add breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, flour, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into small patties and carefully place them in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove fritters from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
- Serve warm with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more jalapeños or use spicy ranch dressing.
- These fritters can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
- Leftover fritters can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
