- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Flatten the chicken breasts using a meat mallet.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Dip each roll-up in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer the roll-ups to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks before serving and enjoy!
