Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers and salt. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, fresh dill, lemon juice, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Drain the cucumbers and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Add the cucumbers to the sour cream mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
