Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the shredded chicken, diced ham, and dried thyme. Stir to combine.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and Swiss cheese until melted and smooth.
