- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef and Cajun seasoning; cook until beef is browned.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheeses; stir until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For a spicier dish, add more Cajun seasoning.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
