Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and pour the cranberry glaze over it.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Serve with additional cranberry glaze on top.
