  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare the cornbread mix according to package instructions, adding milk and egg.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
