Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed cookies and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased skillet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
