Ingredients

  • 1 package of coconut cream pudding mix
  • 2 cups of cold milk
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of toasted coconut for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
  2. Fold in the shredded coconut and whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the coconut mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the coconut mixture.
  6. Spread the remaining coconut mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
  7. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut on top for garnish.
