- 2 cups of cold milk
- 1 cup of shredded coconut
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of toasted coconut for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut cream pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the shredded coconut and whipped cream until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the coconut mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the coconut mixture.
- Spread the remaining coconut mixture over the second layer of graham crackers.
- Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut on top for garnish.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat coconut milk instead of regular milk.
