Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
  3. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the sliced roast beef on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Top with shredded provolone cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with a little melted butter if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
  9. Serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
