Description
Classic French Dip Sliders with Au Jus are delicious, tender beef sandwiches served on soft rolls, perfect for a hearty meal or game day snack.

- 1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slider rolls
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until warm.
- Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the sliced roast beef on the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on the sandwiches.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with a little melted butter if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden.
- Serve warm with the au jus for dipping.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions or peppers to the sliders.
- Use a slow cooker to keep the beef warm if serving a large crowd.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
