Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

  5. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon for the topping.
  6. Fill each muffin cup halfway with the batter, sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture, then top with more batter until full.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
