Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix mango, cabbage, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Assemble the bowls by placing the tropical mango slaw at the bottom and topping it with the cilantro-lime shrimp.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add avocado slices on top.
- This dish can be served warm or cold.
