Ingredients

  • 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, mix mango, cabbage, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  4. Assemble the bowls by placing the tropical mango slaw at the bottom and topping it with the cilantro-lime shrimp.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
