A delicious and festive red velvet fudge perfect for Christmas celebrations.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
- Stir until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Mix well.
- If using, fold in chopped walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Can be decorated with white chocolate drizzle for extra flair.
- Make sure to use gel food coloring for a vibrant color.
