- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups edible cookie dough
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until velvety smooth to avoid lumps.
- Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream until silky smooth.
- Fold in the edible cookie dough and chocolate chips.
- Pour the filling over your crust and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool at room temperature and then chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or preferably overnight.
Notes
For best flavor, make the cheesecake a day in advance. Consider using an air fryer for a quicker bake.
