Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups edible cookie dough
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until velvety smooth to avoid lumps.
  4. Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the sour cream until silky smooth.
  6. Fold in the edible cookie dough and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the filling over your crust and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set with a slight jiggle in the center.
  9. Cool at room temperature and then chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or preferably overnight.

Notes

For best flavor, make the cheesecake a day in advance. Consider using an air fryer for a quicker bake.
