Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the mixture over the salmon fillets and let marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. While the salmon is marinating, prepare the pineapple avocado salsa by combining pineapple, avocado, red onion, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix gently and set aside.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve the grilled salmon in bowls topped with the pineapple avocado salsa.
