			- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumbers into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the vinegar, water, sugar, salt, chili flakes, lime juice, and minced garlic until the sugar and salt dissolve.
- Place the cucumber slices in a jar and pour the pickling liquid over them.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled as a snack or side dish.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more chili flakes.
- These pickles can last up to a week in the refrigerator.
