- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 package puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over to create a pillow shape and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the pillows are baking, prepare the creamy parmesan sauce by heating cream in a saucepan and stirring in additional parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Serve the chicken pillows warm, drizzled with the creamy parmesan sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
