Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.

  4. Place a tortilla in a separate skillet over low heat.
  5. Layer the chicken mixture and cheese on one half of the tortilla.
