- 2 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, gently heat the chicken bone broth over low heat until warm, ensuring it doesn’t boil.
- Sprinkle the gelatin over the warmed broth, whisking vigorously until completely dissolved.
- If desired, add the chopped parsley and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.
- Once set, gently remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
