- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Place a handful of fresh spinach on each tortilla.
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture evenly over the spinach.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
