Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines tender lasagna noodles filled with a creamy chicken Alfredo mixture, rolled up and baked to perfection.

- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take a lasagna noodle, place a generous amount of the chicken mixture on it, and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled lasagna seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Repeat with the remaining noodles and filling.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the rolls and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms to the filling for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a lighter version, use low-fat cheese and Alfredo sauce.
