- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
- 1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 packet pectin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine cherries, chipotle peppers, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the pectin and continue to boil for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the jelly into sterilized jars and seal them.
- Allow the jelly to cool completely before storing it in the refrigerator.
