- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package (8 oz) graham crackers
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add half of the cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight.
- Feel free to substitute the cherry pie filling with other fruit fillings like blueberry or strawberry.
- Garnish with whipped cream and fresh cherries if desired.
