Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
