A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines the flavors of tacos and cheesy Doritos, perfect for family dinners.

			- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup salsa
- 3 cups Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- In a large baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos on the bottom.
- Spread the beef mixture over the Doritos.
- Top with half of the shredded cheese and half of the sour cream.
- Add another layer of crushed Doritos, followed by the remaining beef mixture, cheese, and sour cream.
- Finish with the remaining crushed Doritos on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like jalapeños or olives.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- For a spicier version, use spicy Doritos or add hot sauce to the beef mixture.
