Description

A delicious and spicy cheesy buffalo chicken tortilla melt that combines tender chicken, zesty buffalo sauce, and gooey cheese, all wrapped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture on each one.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions over the chicken mixture.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops of the tortillas with olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
