			- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a greased baking dish.
- Top with tater tots and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or corn for extra nutrition.
- Can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
