- 4 cups bread cubes
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme

- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onions and celery, cooking until the onions are caramelized.
- Stir in the diced apples, thyme, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and the onion-apple mixture.
- Pour the vegetable broth over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the stuffing to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade bread cubes.
- Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra texture.
