- 1 package of lasagna noodles
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 cup of caramel sauce
- 1 cup of cream cheese
- 1 cup of whipped topping
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth and fold in the whipped topping.
- In a baking dish, layer the ingredients starting with noodles, then cream cheese mixture, followed by apples, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with caramel sauce on top.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
- Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar to the apples.
