Ingredients

  • 1 package of lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  4. In another bowl, blend the cream cheese until smooth and fold in the whipped topping.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the ingredients starting with noodles, then cream cheese mixture, followed by apples, and drizzle with caramel sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with caramel sauce on top.
  7. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through.
  9. Let it cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use homemade caramel sauce.
  • Can be made a day in advance and refrigerated.
