- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced sausage, bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, and onion.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the veggies are tender and the sausage is browned.
