Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, basting the steaks.
  5. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  6. In a pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions.
  7. In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Combine the cooked tortellini with the Alfredo sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve the Cajun Garlic Butter Steak with the Cheesy Alfredo Tortellini on the side.
