- 2 ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with Cajun seasoning on both sides.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic and remaining butter to the skillet, basting the steaks.
- Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
- In a pot, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions.
- In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked tortellini with the Alfredo sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve the Cajun Garlic Butter Steak with the Cheesy Alfredo Tortellini on the side.
Notes
- Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
- Let the steak rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing to retain juices.
