- 1.5 cups orzo pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions

- Remove the browned chicken from the pot and set it aside.
- Add 1 cup of diced onions and 2 minced garlic cloves to the same pot. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- If using bell peppers, stir in 1 cup of diced bell pepper now. Cook until slightly tender.

- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
- Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Feel free to customize by adding vegetables like spinach or using different types of pasta. For a vegetarian version, swap the chicken for chickpeas or tofu.
