  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste

  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and cayenne pepper.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  5. While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder to the melted butter, stirring to combine.
  7. Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
  8. Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
