Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt and cayenne pepper.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the hot sauce, white vinegar, and garlic powder to the melted butter, stirring to combine.
- Once the wings are done, toss them in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, broil them for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
