- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and green onions until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a roll and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with the beaten egg.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
