- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and tucking in the sides.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
