- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- For frying: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the balls until golden brown on all sides.
- For baking: Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
