- 2 large eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the bites are baking, prepare the ranch dip by mixing ranch dressing with a little bit of sour cream for extra creaminess.
- Serve the broccoli cheddar bites warm with the ranch dip.
