- 4 slices of cooked bacon or sausage

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Slice the croissants in half and lightly butter the insides.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon or sausage on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
