Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and apple cider vinegar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Stir in the blueberries and sliced jalapeños.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before transferring to jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
