Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add both the vanilla and almond extracts, blending until smooth.
- Incorporate the all-purpose flour, finely chopped almonds, and salt until just combined.
- Take about a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a small spoonful of blueberry preserves in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and roll it into a ball.
- Arrange the cookie balls on the baking sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before rolling in powdered sugar and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
