- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, mix sour cream, powdered sugar, and lemon juice, and spread it over the top of the pie.
Notes
- For a sweeter pie, adjust the sugar to taste.
- Fresh blueberries can be substituted with frozen, but ensure they are thawed and drained.
