  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
