- ⅓ cup ice-cold whole milk (or oat/almond for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp vanilla syrup

Instructions
- Brew the blue tea: In your teapot, combine the dried butterfly pea flowers with a cup of hot water. Allow it to steep for 5-7 minutes until you witness a deep, mesmerizing blue color emerge. Strain the mixture to remove the flowers and let the tea cool slightly.
- Make the vanilla cold foam: In your blender, add the ice-cold milk and vanilla syrup. Blend for about 10 seconds, just until smooth and foamy.
- Assemble the latte: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes, then pour in the cooled blue tea. Slowly spoon or pour the fluffy vanilla cold foam on top.
